Last year, Vessix secured $1,000,000 through a Reg D funding round on the FlashFunders platform. Nearly a year later, Vessix announces their merger with MyFlightSolutions.

On December 31st, 2016, Vessix will become MyFlightSolutions. The cofounder of Vessix, Tom Perkins, will now serve as president of MyFlighSolutions. A prime catalyst for the merger is the increasing demand for FBO operations, fuel management software, and logistics management. According to the company, the merger allows both companies to combine their strengths and offer a full integrated solution set that includes complete workflow capability, customer relationship management, and state-of-the art inventory tracking. It will also allow for a solution to the complex problem of managing and accounting for fuel tax on the federal, state, and local level.

Founded in 2012, Vessix is an all-in-one SaaS cloud-based business software platform for fixed-base operators and general aviation organizations. Their platform includes an elaborate point-of-sale with encrypted credit card processing, tracking of all transactions, fuel inventory management, tax reporting, facility scheduling, employee management and client details.

Founded in 2011, MyFlightSolution is Utah-based aviation technology company that develops software applications for the business and general aviation industry. They are owned by Flying Software Labs and provide a comprehensive suite of aviation business software modules that provide a powerful, easy to use web based system to manage aviation related activities, offering a modern platform for clients managing FBOs, Charter Operators, Maintenance shops and aviation flight schools.  They were recently named “20 Most Promising Solution Providers 2016″ in the Aerospace Industry by CIOReview magazine.
